Horrible customer service the two women that were there gave me a very bad attitude like they didn’t wanna work there, or help me with anything

I will report it to my company and maybe they can use a better company with a better service. I do not recommend this place i will only go back if my company does not change stores

Poor customer service, I've been here 2 times at the Norwalk location. The Torrance location is better.
The first time the older lady at the register (who is probably the manager is always at the register) couldn't tell me my total price with my company discount and rewards. It was simple math for a pair of boots and insoles but she couldn't answer. The way she explained things was very confusing.

The second time I called I was told on 6/31 at 3:24pm that they can place a special order for insoles. I showed up to the store 9 days later and they said they couldn't do that.

Read all the reviews it's not just my experience.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...poor customer service specially from Cynthia the manager, she doesn't want to honor the warranty policy by lying that you only have 60 days to exchange if defective even after I told her I had called the store to verify.... she was questioning me and making it seem like i was lying. Once i asked her to show me the warranty policy in the store she right away offered to exchange them only that time, as I was waiting i saw the policy sign infront of the register and it clearly said 90 days and once i showed her she tried to play it off telling me that they had must changed it a couple of months ago and she was not aware which is a lie because most companies offer a 90 day return if defective. . im sure she's done this to other customers. Stay away from shoeteria and wolverine they are both trash the boots started coming apart 2 weeks after I purchased them and my only mistake was not bringing them back right away because I put them back in it's box and let them sit at home for 2months.

READ OTHER REVIEWS BY CUSTOMERS...DONT BE SURPRISED IF SOON THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS WITH THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE.

Very poor customer service.
The only person able to communicate with is the young man.
Management need to understand the concept of customer service.

Had to go here because of my job. Never again. I .I'm glad they switched to grainger. Absolutely no help. All the associates were sitting behind the counter on their phones. Nothing in my size. No information on the boots. Not a very good selection. I'm glad we stop using them. I remember when this place had a great selection and helpful people. So sad.

I want to express how unhappy with the type of customers service I was provided. Not only was the cashier was rude and indifferent she did not specify the reason my purchase did not have guarantee. She had a bad attitude and the worst mannerisms. If you are considering SHOPPING here DON'T DON'T DO IT! It's not worth it. I was there today Thursday 7/25/24 at approximately 4:30 pm. That cashier need to be represented
