Siamo rientrati allo Sports Basement per il drop-off delle nostre biciclette dopo l’interna giornata spesa tra le colline della zona. Nella formula del noleggio avevamo un buono da spendere all’interno di questo negozio all’interno del quale si può trovare di tutto: vestiti e calzature per ogni sport, accessori per il tempo libero, integratori… C’è veramente l’imbarazzo della scelta. I prezzi mediamente sono un po’ più alti che da noi, ma ovviamente si deve “compensare” il costo del noleggio delle biciclette. In ogni caso un’ottima trovata, se non avessimo noleggiato le biciclette difficilmente ci saremmo arrivati!

Place is great and I will give it five star a lot of things you can find there. but the customer service is very bad
I went there to buy an inflatable pillow and I ask if there is any one that’s open so I can see the size of it. The ladies on the cashier try to be smart and told me you can read the sizes but you cannot inflate it. I try with another person that’s works there and he said we don’t have anything to pump the air in it which is translated to(( he don’t want to spend the time and show us what we need)) , you going to tell me a huge store doesn’t have an air pump, you would think stores should do better job with customers because now everything online and at cheaper price ,
I hope the owner of the store do something about it. What we are trying to do is supporting small business.

At the Presidio for the Hot Chocolate Expo. Very well managed. Bought two pairs of running shoes with the 20% discount - nice - big selection of shoes. Very good service despite the crowds. Always a nice stop off

I freaking love this place.

Firstly, what a spectacular location! Right on the water, in the gorgeous Presidio.

Secondly, service is so friendly and genuinely helpful. People are knowledgeable about their craft and products.

Lastly, it just rocks. It has a great vibe. Get a load of the Halloween decorations! Aaaand of course it has amazing products at good prices. What more could you want?

I wish I had a Sports Basement in my basement. Friendly and helpful staff, came for Snowfest on 11/23/24 and enjoyed the live DJ set, hot dogs, and even won a raffle prize! Overall great atmosphere and feels more like a home than a store.

Great knowledge of the products! Help was available in each department. I needed a different size and was quickly directed to a Sports Basement within 4 miles that had the size I needed. I’ve been shopping at Sports Basement since it opened and have always been satisfied. They stand behind their products. They want you to be satisfied.

My experience getting rentals here was fine. However, when I returned this snow season to purchase hard goods, I was met with subpar, disappointing customer service. First of all, there were only a few customer service staff on duty so the wait is unusually long (~20mins). Secondly, the staff’s attitude can be cold, impersonal and inattentive. I observed other customers receiving warm and engaging service. This disparity in treatment was concerning and made me uncomfortable as a customer of Asian descent. I simply won’t be returning in the future.
