Abbiamo utilizzato la cerimonia semplice, economica, senza extra. L'incaricato che ci ha "sposato" e' stato molto gentile e disponibile. Unico appunto, il posto e' davvero difficile da trovare, all'interno di un complesso con negozi e studi, ma forse noi siamo entrati dalla parte sbagliata...

Communication needs work.
First thought a limo was picking us up, was told no that's not happening.
Thought we had rooms to get dress, had a bathroom. Mio hooked up though and made things better, considering my groom was nearly late, cause the website says you can rent tux to find out you can't. Overall was an experience, elvis was great, mio was great the groom was as handsome as he has been since the day we met. Thank you from the new Mrs&Mr. Heidebrink from iowa!

we scheduled our ceremony for 6pm, my husband and i showed up to the venue on time and ended up having to wait 30 minutes for the officiant, they charged us a photography fee just to be able to record the ceremony with my phone this included photography from them during and after the ceremony. when we finally did get our photos we only received 29 of them and are being required to pay an additional $450 to receive our remaining 39 photos. Most of our photos are blurry, none have been cropped, and no white balance

This was the worst customer experience of my life. First, we paid over $600 for what we wanted. Granted it was out of normal business hours and we wanted Elvis, but it was not easy to communicate with them to set everything up and .they took advantage of us and what we wanted. Again, we were willing to pay for what we wanted but not such an awful experience. They had no changing rooms, the bathrooms were disgusting, and while we liked Elvis personally he was a terrible impersonator. Again, paid $600. Then I placed an order for photos; they kept saying it was shoot proof that we ordered from- obviously a 3rd party- and shootproof kept saying to contact the venue. The chapel said I was threatening them and they would take me to court, all I wanted was my pictures which I paid for three times. They eventually played it up as if they forgot to send me the pictures included in my package, which they drop boxed to me and were terrible quality and photos. When I continued to try to communicate they stoped responding. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. It is a shame they ruined our vow renewal and have to now resort to small claims court for both our photos and our ceremony . Shame on you.

It was an amazing experience being able to share such a beautiful moment with the people that work here. Mio is such an amazing person. He’s truly passionate about what he does. I would highly recommend anyone looking to share such a special moment to come here.

These people are the worst people to communicate with. They have still not given me my refund after messaging them and calling them. Their online booking says $100, then they message you and let you know that it’s actually an extra $400 for late night. We went somewhere else and had an amazing experience. Pretty frustrating though that I’ve been waiting a month for my refund and still haven’t received it.
